| Career planning for racing drivers is one of the unique services we offer at Speed Secrets.
To begin, you fill out an extensive (30+ question) questionnaire on your racing career aspirations and racing objectives. Next, we conduct a formal interview with you and your key advisors to review the questions and begin development of your five-year race career plan.
Plan development takes approximately three weeks. Within the plan, we consider each of the available race series, the funding requirements, the additional resources and the team members that will need to be assembled to help take you to your desired level of competition.
In the end, you receive a five-year racing career map and plan. Once the career plan is in place, Speed Secrets also offers ongoing career counseling and advice. The cost of the plan is a one-time fee. Ongoing consulting is available on an hourly basis or a monthly retainer.
